Overview
- The pick-up time is generally around 4:00am and may vary 30min+/- depending on the time of the season.
- You will then proceed to the take-off location where some formalities will be carried out followed by the Pilot briefing regarding safety and security.
- The balloon takes off after the passenger briefing which will commence your magical experience that lasts about an hour 30min+/- depending on the prevailing weather conditions.
- Upon landing you will be taken to our bedouin camp where you can enjoy Breakfast, a falcon will be available for viewing and photography and a complimentary short camel ride.
- Your designated driver will then drop you back to your pick-up point/location.

Cancellation of flight can be done through our online portal or through the travel agent (whichever applicable). Every day at 6.00 AM approximately is our flight take-off time (Dubai local time). Before that, you need to cancel. Find the below-mentioned refund policy. – Before 24 hrs of flight schedule time: 100% Refund – Less than 24 hrs: No Refund
