To be eligible for a full refund, your cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the experience's scheduled start time. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the experience's start time, the amount you've paid will not be refunded. Please be aware that any changes or modifications made within 24 hours of the experience's commencement will not be accommodated.
The cut-off times for cancellations and changes are determined according to the local time of the experience's location. Additionally, it's important to note that this experience is contingent upon favorable weather conditions. In the event that it needs to be canceled due to adverse weather, you will have the choice to reschedule for an alternative date or receive a full refund.

What to expect:
Guests are kindly requested to arrive 30 minutes in advance of their booked session time. Our location is situated in Dubai Marina, near the Skydive area, adjacent to Zero Gravity Beach. Upon arrival, guests will be asked to complete waiver contracts, receive their menu card, and have the opportunity for some memorable photographs. We advise guests to make use of the restroom facilities prior to their session.
Before the session begins, a safety supervisor will provide a comprehensive safety briefing to all guests and allocate their designated seats. It's important to note that all seats are identical, as the table will ascend into the sky and rotate. Our attentive team will be delighted to assist guests in taking photographs and ensuring they have a remarkable experience while dining in the sky.
