To be eligible for a complete refund, your cancellation must be made at least 24 hours before the experience's scheduled start time. However, if you cancel within 24 hours of the experience's start time, the amount you've paid will not be refunded. It's important to note that any changes or modifications made within 24 hours of the experience's commencement will not be accommodated.
