1. Booking Policy
1.1 All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
1.2 A confirmation email will be sent upon successful booking. Please check the details carefully.
1.3 HMG Tours reserves the right to modify or cancel bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Payment Policy
2.1 Payment must be made at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.
2.2 We accept payments via credit/debit card, bank transfer, and cash (where applicable).
2.3 Prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without prior notice.
2.4 Any additional charges, such as entrance fees or optional add-ons, must be paid separately.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Customer Cancellations:
- Cancellations 48 hours or more before the scheduled tour: Full refund
- Cancellations 24-48 hours before the tour: 50% refund
- Cancellations less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund
3.2 HMG Tours Cancellations:
- If we cancel a tour due to weather conditions, government restrictions, or other unforeseen circumstances, customers will be offered a full refund or rescheduling option.
- Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Modification Policy
4.1 Changes to bookings must be requested at least 48 hours before the tour and are subject to availability.
4.2 Additional charges may apply for modifications to dates, activities, or group sizes.
5. Travel and Safety Policy
5.1 Customers must follow all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides.
5.2 HMG Tours is not responsible for injuries, loss, or damages caused by personal negligence, third-party providers, or unforeseen events.
5.3 Some activities, such as desert safaris, adventure sports, or water activities, involve risks. By participating, you accept these risks.
6. Privacy Policy
6.1 We collect customer information for booking, communication, and service improvement purposes.
6.2 Personal data is kept confidential and will not be shared with third parties except as necessary to complete bookings.
