Welcome to HMG Tours! By booking a tour or using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making any reservations.
1. General Terms
1.1 These Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between HMG Tours ("we," "our," "us") and the customer ("you," "your").
1.2 By booking a tour or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Booking and Payments
2.1 All bookings must be made in advance and are subject to availability.
2.2 A full or partial payment may be required at the time of booking, depending on the type of service.
2.3 Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other methods specified on our website.
2.4 Prices are quoted in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirham) and are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
3.1 Customer Cancellations:
More than 48 hours before the tour: Full refund.
24-48 hours before the tour: 50% cancellation fee applies.
Less than 24 hours before the tour: No refund.
3.2 HMG Tours Cancellations:
We reserve the right to cancel any tour due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
3.3 Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Changes and Modifications
4.1 Changes to booking dates or tour details are subject to availability and must be requested at least 48 hours in advance.
4.2 Additional charges may apply for modifications.
5. Travel Documents and Requirements
5.1 It is your responsibility to ensure that you have valid identification, passports, visas, and any required travel documents.
5.2 We are not responsible for any issues arising from missing or incorrect documentation.
6. Liability and Safety
6.1 While we take all necessary precautions to ensure your safety, HMG Tours is not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delays caused by third-party providers, weather conditions, or personal negligence.
6.2 Customers are responsible for following all safety guidelines and instructions provided by our guides.
6.3 Some activities, such as desert safaris, water sports, or adventure experiences, involve inherent risks. By participating, you acknowledge and accept these risks.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 Customers must respect local laws, cultural norms, and our tour guides and staff.
7.2 Any misconduct, including inappropriate behavior or violation of laws, may result in removal from the tour without a refund.
8. Force Majeure
8.1 HMG Tours is not liable for cancellations, delays, or changes due to unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, government restrictions, strikes, or pandemics.
9. Privacy Policy
9.1 We respect your privacy and will only use your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
9.2 Your information will not be shared with third parties except as required to complete your booking.
10. Governing Law
10.1 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
